Terms & Conditions – T&T Cleaning Co.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.For larger jobs (including vacate, deep cleans, and construction cleans), a deposit may be required prior to booking.Late payments may incur additional fees.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on the property being in standard condition.If the property requires additional time, labour, or services beyond what was originally quoted, additional charges will apply.Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted on the day if the condition differs from what was described.

4. Scope of Work
Only services listed in the quote will be completed.Extras such as ovens, windows, walls, blinds, and carpet cleaning are not included unless clearly stated.Additional services requested on the day may not be completed or may be charged at an additional cost.

5. Property Condition
The client must ensure the property is accessible and reasonably prepared for cleaning.Excessively dirty, hazardous, or unsafe environments may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

6. Access to Property
The client must provide access to the property at the agreed time.If access is not provided, a call-out fee may apply.

7. Timeframes
Estimated job times are a guide only.We are not liable for delays due to property condition, access issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.We will return to rectify any issues where reasonable.Refunds are not provided without the opportunity to re-clean.

9. Liability
We take all reasonable care while performing our services.However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, faulty or poorly installed items, or damage caused by normal cleaning processes.

10. Breakages & Damage
Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours.We will assess and resolve the issue at our discretion.

11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if the environment is deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the agreed scope.

12. Agreement
By confirming a booking or accepting a quote, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
